Amelia Barkley, matriarch of the Barkley clan, has never been the same since the suspicious death of her husband ten years ago. Much to the dismay of her family, she has become obsessed with clairvoyancy, spending a fortune on mediums, desperate to contact her late husband and find out what happened to him. She now insists that the only way to discover the truth is for the whole family to spend a night together at eerie Barkley Manor to conduct a séance, guided by her trusted (and very expensive) personal psychics.
